Terms of Service

These terms apply to the BizKhata app, website (bizkhata.co.in) and services, operated by Hybrid Computer and Electronics, Ground Floor, Seth Complex, Russell Chowk, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh – 482001, India ("BizKhata", "we", "us").

1. Service

BizKhata provides an Android app and a related website/API for billing, inventory and khata. The app can be used on the Free plan (with ads and usage limits configured by us, e.g. number of products, invoices per month and customers) or with a paid BizKhata Business License. A Demo Mode with sample data is also available; it is separate from your real data and does not unlock paid features.

2. Business License

The license is a one-time purchase for one business. It is offered as a Business License (SINGLE_BUSINESS), a Multi-Device License (MULTI_DEVICE) or a Multi-Branch License (MULTI_BRANCH), which differ in the number of devices and branches allowed. Under Multi-Branch each branch keeps its own books on its own phone(s); there is no cross-branch cloud sync. The price is shown on the Pricing page and at checkout.
It removes ads and Free-plan limits and unlocks the paid features listed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.
It may be activated on a limited number of devices (shown at purchase). You can deactivate a device from the app; we may reset devices on request.
It is activated only after our server verifies the Razorpay payment. A payment success message in the browser or app alone does not activate it.
The app keeps working offline with a signed license for a limited period (shown in the app) and must go online periodically to re-check the license.
Cloud sync and the web app (bizkhata.co.in/app) are provided for accounts signed in with Google, including the Free plan (Free-plan limits still apply). One BizKhata account has one shared set of books across its phone(s) and the web app. If two devices edit the same record while offline, the most recent change is kept and the other copy is logged; two devices creating invoices offline at the same time can produce the same invoice number, which you should correct. Keep your own backups for important records.
Support is provided by email for the period stated at purchase. We do not promise any particular response time or future feature.
The license is personal to the purchasing business and may not be resold, shared publicly, or used by other businesses.

3. Revocation

We may cancel, suspend or revoke a license in case of refund, chargeback, fraud, payment failure, or breach of these terms. When that happens the app returns to the Free plan (or a restricted mode shown in the app) at its next online check. We never delete your local business data because of a license change; you can still view and export it.

4. Accounts

You sign in to your BizKhata account with Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account and any optional app PIN secure. The optional PIN locks the app on a device; your Google-linked account is used to buy, restore and verify the license.

5. Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, tamper with or bypass licensing, or redistribute the APK as your own product.

7. Disclaimer

The software is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and do not provide tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for your GST filings and the accuracy and backups of your business records.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
