BizKhata Refund Policy

1. Overview
BizKhata can be used free of charge (Free plan, with ads and usage limits). The paid product is the BizKhata Business License: a one-time payment (price shown at checkout, currently Rs 9,999) that licenses one business to use BizKhata without ads and without Free-plan limits on a limited number of devices. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

2. Nature of the license
The license is a digital product that is activated immediately after our server verifies your Razorpay payment. Your business data (invoices, customers, products, khata, etc.) stays on your device and is never deleted because of a license change, refund or revocation.

3. Refund requests
Refunds are not automatic. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not activate the license after payment, contact support within 7 days of the charge with your Razorpay payment ID / order ID. Every request is reviewed case by case. You can try the Free plan or Demo Mode before buying.

4. Effect of a refund
If a refund is approved and processed, the license is cancelled: the app returns to the Free plan (ads and limits) on all devices at the next online check. Your data remains intact.

5. How to request
Email [email protected] (or use the website Support form) with your registered mobile or email, license ID (BK-XXXX-XXXX), Razorpay payment ID, and the reason.

6. Processing
Approved refunds are sent via Razorpay to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank / UPI provider (typically 5-10 business days).

7. Chargebacks and disputes
If a payment is disputed with your bank, the license may be suspended until the dispute is resolved, and revoked if the dispute is decided against the merchant.

8. Monthly plans
If monthly plans are offered, a refund does not cover periods already used.

9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always available on the website Refund Policy page.
