Digital product — no physical shipping

BizKhata sells software licenses only (the Business, Multi-Device and Multi-Branch licenses for the BizKhata Android app), operated by Hybrid Computer and Electronics. No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping or delivery charges apply.

How delivery works

• The BizKhata app is downloaded from the official Download page of this website.
• After you pay through Razorpay, our server verifies the payment and activates the license on the Google account you used to buy. This normally happens within a few minutes of a successful payment.
• Your license status is shown on your Account page. In the app, sign in with the same Google account and tap Refresh License to apply it.

Delays or problems

If your payment succeeded but the license is not active after 24 hours, contact us at [email protected] or through Support with your Razorpay payment ID. If we cannot deliver the license, the payment is refunded as described in our Refund Policy.
